Instructions
-Please refrigerate Sea Moss upon delivery or as soon as you can once receive.
-It can be kept in fridge up to 4 weeks, fruit infused up to 2 weeks.
-You can freeze and it can last up to a year.
-1 to 2 tablespoons are the recommended daily dosage.
-Sea Moss can be consumed in many ways, smoothies, juice, soups, apple sauce, water, or right out the jar. Whichever your preference and the easiest to consume.
