All shipped orders are expected to arrive within 3 to 5 business days in most US regions. Shipments on weekends upon request. Our product are safely packaged, cooled and sealed properly.  Be sure to check your tracking number and be on the lookout for your delivery so your gel isn’t left sitting in your mailbox, especially during warm weather.

 

**Please be sure your address is correct to avoid shipping delays; the customer is responsible for shipping cost and replacement cost if product is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address. Please contact us if you have order issues or product was damaged once received. ***

Pickup Orders: ***Payments must be received prior to pickup***

Please contact us at least one hour before pickup if you need to reschedule due to an emergency.  If you are unable to contact us due to a medical emergency or accident, depending on the "circumstances", we will work with you to reschedule.  Any simply no show/no call not due to medical/accident emergency will not be refunded.
